A history of successful searches for leadership in Higher Education

Ms. Kelli Hahn will assume the role of Vice President of Finance at  Lake Michigan College (LMC). Kelli will officially be joining the LMC family on Tuesday, August 23rd.

Kelli comes to LMC with more than 18 years of broad-based experience in accounting and finance with a strong base in financial analysis, budgeting, modeling, internal controls, and financial reporting.  Kelli brings senior finance and accounting experience with 10 years of “Big Four” audit firm employment (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and several years’ experience in industry, consulting, and contract placement environments.

While employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kelli helped plan and deliver services to 100+ private and SEC clients with $100,000 to $1 billion in revenues in higher education, healthcare, not-for-profit, manufacturing, retail, construction, and insurance.  Clients that were institutions of Higher Education included the University of Notre Dame, University of Chicago, Indiana University, University of California, and Boise State University.

Most recently, Kelli served as the Chief Financial Officer for Creative Financial Staffing, one of the world’s largest privately owned accounting and financial placement companies.  Located at the South Bend, Indiana office, Kelli managed the accounting, finance, and reporting functions for CFS.

Kelli is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Manchester College (North Manchester, Indiana) where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  Kelli also holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Accounting (Cum Laude), also from Manchester College.
