				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As the president of William Spelman Executive Search, Mr. Spelman brings over twenty-five years of experience in the field of student affairs to his role. Most notably, he served as director of Wilson Commons and then associate dean of students at the University of Rochester. Professionally, he has served as a Vice President for Regions and then for two terms as President of the Association of College Unions-International, and as a member of the Copyright Tribunal.</p>
<p>Mr. Spelman was involved with the development of the Council on the Advancement of Standards (CAS), has been a member of conference program committees and standing committees for many professional organizations. He is a regular presenter at regional and national meetings. He has consulted nationally on the design of over 25 college unions/student centers. Additionally he has served on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater and was a member of the Executive Committee of that Board. He was a founding partner of the Spelman &amp; Johnson Group, a nationally recognized search and consulting firm.</p>
<p>Actively engaged in the community, he has been involved in leadership positions in a variety of AIDS related organizations and he currently is serving on the Board of Trustees of the Cobblestone School.</p>
<p>Mr. Spelman received his B.S. from Springfield College and his M.A. from the School of Education at New York University.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Leila Moore, Ed. D., is an Adjunct Professor of Student Affairs in Higher Education at Salem State College in Salem, MA. Dr. Moore is a past president of ACPA College Student Educators International and of the ACPA Foundation. She has been a graduate faculty member at the University at Albany, the College of Saint Rose, Bowling Green State University, and Penn State University. She has also served on numerous accreditation teams and has been a consultant to student affairs staff and faculty at more than thirty colleges and universities. Her responsibilities as a student affairs practitioner have been in the offices of Counseling and Mental Health, Career Services, Judicial Affairs, Student Activities, Leadership Development, Residence Life, Assessment, New Student Orientation, and Student Unions. In 2002, having served higher education in administrative and faculty roles for four decades, she retired from the University of New Hampshire where she had been Vice President for Student Affairs since 1995.</p>
<p>Dr. Moore holds a Bachelors Degree in English Literature from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters Degree in Student Personnel Administration from Syracuse University, and a Doctor of Education Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University at Albany.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong></strong>Cynthia Woolbright is a nationally known fundraising consultant and  advisor, whose skills and insights were honed over 20 years as a  university advancement officer, most recently as vice president for  alumnae relations and development at Hollins University in Virginia.</p>
<p>Cynthia began her professional career in student affairs, directing a  comprehensive student life/campus program that focused, among other  things, on leadership development for student organizations and the  management of campus centers. Several years later she moved into  alumnae/i and development administration, serving in various capacities  where she provided leadership and partnered with trustees and alumnae/i  leaders to set advancement direction and policy in fundraising. In  addition to her tenure at Hollins, Cynthia served as an advancement  officer at Smith College, the University of Vermont, and the University  of Rochester.</p>
<p>In 2003, Cynthia founded The Woolbright Group in Rochester, New York,  a consulting firm committed to helping educational institutions and  other not-for-profit organizations build constructive partnerships with  their boards, become mission driven, think strategically, develop  sustainable resources, and become results-oriented in their work.</p>
<p>Woolbright received her Bachelors Degree from University of Stony  Brook and a Masters Degree in public administration from Long Island  University, C.W. Post Center.</p>
